"Volim Hrvatsku – Ne u EU" is providing information about the accession of Croatia to the European Union, with special emphasize on the reasons why it should not join the EU. As an independent think-tank it serves also as an alternative media and info center, because all mainstream media follow the directive to avoid any critical thoughts about the planned accession of Croatia to the EU, as well as are public discussions which involves a pro and contra side anywhere hosted.

Our main argument bases on the constitutional right that Croatia is a sovereign country and this right is not allowed to be alienated, divided nor transferred (article 2 of the Constitution of the Republic of Croatia) and which is constantly breached by the current politics of all the official political powers of Croatia. With every step of the negotiation process, Croatia transfers part of its sovereignty to the European Union and this so against the will of the majority of the population which can also be proven by official opinion polls.

At the begin of the year 2011 a lot of things changed and protests aroused due to the events which were caused by the politics of the negotiation process between the government and the EU. These protests were planned and registered in the beginning (partly also by our organization), but in the meanwhile are happening almost spontaneously due to the still very heavy suppression of the will of the people as a result of the ongoing negotiations with the EU and the selling out of the Croatian industry and national interests, the extradition of Croatian soldiers defending their country during the aggression against Croatia to foreign countries, the increasing granting of concessions on res communists which should not, stricto iure, be subject of any commerce whatsoever, the worsening employment situations, just to mention the most important reasons.

Our main goal is to raise the awareness of the public and to stop any further negotiations with the EU.
